Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Application: Awards Finder, the mobile software provided by the Company.

• Device: Any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.

• Service: Refers to the Application.

• Usage Data: Data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service.
• You: The individual using the Service, or the company/other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is using the Service.

Subscriptions

Awards Finder may offer paid plans (for example: Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) that unlock additional functionality such as increased alert quotas, advanced filters, or historical data. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for unused periods.
