Delete Personal Data
You can request deletion of your personal data stored by Awards Finder. Once completed, the process is irreversible for the deleted records.
Data that can be deleted
- Award alerts and associated preferences
- Saved routes, searches, and filters
- Point wallet entries and optional profile fields
- Contact details used for notifications (email/push tokens)
Records that may be retained temporarily
Some records may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, billing, security, and fraud prevention. After retention periods expire, they are deleted or anonymized.
How to submit your request
Email our support team from the email address associated with your account:
For faster processing, include your registered email, platform (iOS/Android), and any specific data you want removed.
Verification
We may ask you to verify your request by replying from the registered email address or confirming a code sent to your device.
