You can request permanent deletion of your Awards Finder account at any time. Once completed, this process is irreversible.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile and authentication identifiers
  • Award alerts you created
  • Saved routes, preferences, and app settings
  • Optional contact information provided for alerts

Some records may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations and to prevent fraud/abuse.

For faster processing, include your registered email, platform (iOS/Android), and an optional reason.

Verification

We may ask you to verify your request by replying from the registered email address or confirming a code sent to your device.
